Residence Oleandro - Pietra Ligure

Just 900 mt from the public beach, the self-catering apartment complex "Residence Oleandro" is at 5-minute drive from the historic centre of Pietra Ligure.
It features 2 outdoor pools, one of which includes sea view and a hydro-massage area.
Near the house there is a free public parking. In the private area (video surveillance) it is by reservation and for a fee.

Apartments offer a furnished balcony or terrace, and views of the sea, pool or garden. Each comes with a bathroom with hairdryer, and a seatingdining area with kitchenette and satellite flat-screen TV.
Air conditioning and heating are available upon request for an additional fee (to save energie).

Guests of the Oleandro have access to a garden with barbecue facilities and a children’s playground. Complete with a bar and a kids playground room, the property also offers discounts to a private beach nearby.

Bike shuttle is available nearby and guests travelling with their own bike will find a dedicated space to store it, clean it and repair it, if necessary. Nearby Guests will find Pietra Ligure Outdoor Base info point, the starting point for discovering the territory and outdoor activities that can be carried out in the area.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 09:00.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival.

The swimming pool is open from April until October.

The bar is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.

Please note that heating and air conditioning are not included and are charged according to consumption. Price starting from 1 EURO per kilowatt hour

When travelling with pets, please note that only pets up to 20 kg are allowed and only one pet per apartment is accepted, for an extra charge of EUR 10 per pet, per night. Pet acceptance is subject to confirmation by the property.

Additional linen changes are available upon request for for an extra cost of 6 Euros per change per person (6 Euros for towels and 6 Euros for sheets).

Pets are not allowed in the Double Room with Balcony (Room B&B).You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport.
