Once a 15th-century convent, San Giovanni features a picturesque courtyard and ultra-elegant rooms with large windows, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. It has a quiet location in Saluzzo centre.
Rooms have neutral colour schemes and luxurious fabrics. Each one has a modern bathroom with a bathrobe and hairdryer. They offer panoramic views across Saluzzo and the Langhe hills or across Casa Cavassa next door. This former noble residence is now a museum.
A continental buffet breakfast is served at the café next to the cloister.The restaurant, which is located in the former wine cellars, offers traditional Piedmont specialities.
